Johannesburg, 30 June 2016 – Joburg’s hottest radio station, Hot 91.9, today announced changes to its weekly program roster.
From Monday, 4 July, Kevin “The Sav” Savage will broadcast “The Kevin Savage Show” from 12h00 – 14h00, Monday to Friday. This change means that we bid farewell to the Ian F show, as Ian pursues different business interests, he will however still co-host “The Business”, Monday to Thursday from 19h00 to 19h30 with Astrid Ascar. We welcome Simon Parkinson to the weekday lineup as he steers listeners home with “The Big Joburg Drive”.
In true Hot style, listeners will continue to kick off their early morning, Monday to Friday, with Joburg`s Hottest Breakfast Show featuring the legendary Darren Scott and Jeremy Mansfield along with the team of John Walland, Simon Hill, Andy Leve, and Kwanele Kunene with their unique blend of great tunes, news, traffic and sport, all with a healthy dose of zany humour.
Gavin Singh remains in his regular 9 to noon slot whilst The Disruptive Duo of Sasha Martinengo & Disi Fensham up the ante from 2 pm to 4 pm.
Dance the night away with Lloyd Madurai and Paul Almeida every Friday and Saturday night as they host mashups galore on Club Classics; If sweet soul music is your bag then join `Mr. Smooth`, Treasure Tshabalala, as he hits the decks with a tasty selection of Old Skool R&B on Late Nite Love Songs and Sunday Magic.
The Hot 91.9 FM express doesn’t stop there, the star-studded lineup also includes Mark Pilgrim, Tony Murrell, and Shane `The Duke` Wellington. Sunday night rounds off an entertaining week with some smooth jazz from Devon Dalbock.
